I started seeing the same D-list people and some no-list people getting into every event. (where they friends of the promoter or party crashers?) I resisted my curiosity at first to talking with them and finding out their story. I focused on networking with agents, managers and the promoters as well as the press. (the only real reason for a publicist to attend without any clients, is to become friendly with the reporters and photographers for later benefit)
