britney spears and others that have no confidentiality

With tabloids, gossip colums, tv shows and websites offering former employee's big money to tell all about their former employer, its no wonder they break their confidentiality agreements. TMZ.com pays big money, while perez hilton does not pay, but will get someone noticed. News of the world is always in the mix with their big money payouts for tips and gossip news. X17, splashnews, star, enquirer, sun, and hundreds of others offer so much money, that a confidentiality agreement means very little to these unloyal former staff.

If you read through past posts, Rob Tencer have stated full instructions for getting staff to keep confidentiality agreements, and letters they signed in contracts to start work.

Of course I also mentioned how to treat staff and how to gain trust and loyalty.

It saddens me to see that young assistants of britney spears felt it so important to destroy her relationship with her children. This goes beyond trying to straighten out a clients problems by informing on her, this is purely about no loyalty, no trust and big money payouts. What a shame.

This is some appalling things written by former staff with letters of confidentiality:

Spears's former assistant Kalie Machado has told how the 25-year-old set up a shrine to Kevin Federline after they split and also revealed Britney would regularly walk around her home naked.

Kalie reveals that Britney struggled to cope with the breakdown of her marriage, and as well as keeping her wedding dress in a case in the entrance of the home, also held on to Kevin's possessions.

She revealed: "Britney kept all Kevin's clothes and she would wander into his wardrobe and look at them. You could say it was a shrine to him - or to their marriage at least."

Kalie claims that during her marriage, Kevin was hardly ever home, leaving Britney alone with her sons and while she eventually filed for divorce, she was still desperate to win back his affection.

Kalie said: "She felt so unwanted and she's already insecure. It just made her crazy and depressed.

"She was incredibly sad and lonely while I was with her. I could tell she desperately wanted him back. She'd burst into tears when he wouldn't return her calls."

How to stop leaks in confidentiality. (Greed and addictions)

Yes, money changes people. A person can get jealous and greedy and possibly lose total control. They can turn to addictions that they can now afford, such as: drugs, gambling, and leaking secrets to pay for their addictions. How do you stop these kind of people? How do you stop a compulsive liar? Keep a close eye on them, treat them like friends, and if you notice anything suspicious in their behavior than confront them and if you have to, let them go. (fire them) This is also a lesson on being to self absorbed in yourself and not to the loyal and trustworthy staff you surrounded yourself with. They are working very closely with you and should be treated well, with your attention.

How to stop leaks in confidentiality. (The trial period)

The trial period means you watch them like a hawk without them knowing. Your looking for abnormalities, deceit, weird non-stop text messaging (IM's) especially after sensitive information was just given to them. Your trying to see if they have any honesty or are a compulsive liar. Have they stolen anything from you during this time? The bottom line is "have they done anything to destroy your trust in them?" , make sure you get this out of the way before giving any sensitive and secretive information. Do they communicate well with you? Do they understand your concern for privacy?

How to stop leaks in confidentiality. (Trust)

How do you know what kind of person your dealing with? Can you trust them? How do you know you haven't brought in a cancer and made a mistake by revealing your secrets to soon, to this employee? If they are short term or new, then you have not yet had a chance to build trust.

Why your staff doesn't keep their confidentiality agreement

How is it that so much is known about your private life? How is it that sensitive documents are released to smokinggun.com? Do you have to be a VIP, socialite or celebrity to have this happen to you?

Here are a few reasons this is happening to you.

1. The money being offered to your staff to reveal everything, outweighs any harm or loss of their job (if caught) for breaking their confidentiality with you.

2. You have scorned / hurt the person that you agreed to confidentiality with, beyond repair.

3. You have shown no ethics towards the way you deal with people, and your written and oral words of agreement means nothing.

In the next blog: How to avoid these kind of people, How to detect the cancer within, what to look for and how to hire the people you surround yourself with.
